Our V-Pod CCTV System for Void Property holds ‘Secured by Design’ accreditation. Secured by Design (SBD) is an official initiative from the Police Service which sets a recognised standard that all security products must comply with if they are to bear the Secured by Design badge and be guaranteed effective in deterring and preventing crime.
Prime Secure is extremely proud to hold this accreditation. We take security very seriously and the Secured by Design badge helps us prove to our clients the effectiveness of the V-Pod. There is no similar award for service or we’d hold that to, thanks to our industry-leading service levels (see above).

A Prime Secure Service Manager and Engineer(s) will visit your property to oversee the installation and configuration of your CCTV system and ensure it is operating perfectly.
Prime Secure has an in-house Engineering department. We don’t just sell our V-Pods, we make them!
One of our highly trained and experienced engineers will attend your site to install your V-Pod system.
Our engineers’ intimate knowledge of our own product means a swift and efficient installation. Having engineers that know our products inside out means there is little chance of problems arising during installation.
We never need to call in the experts. We are the experts!
We conduct post-install visits to ensure your V-Pod system is optimally configured for your site and delivering the coverage your site requires.
We aim to conduct our post-install visits within 10 working days after installation.
A Service Manager will visit each quarter to check blind spots and CCTV setup to ensure your system continues to protect your entire site.
Changes in configuration and the possible need for additional equipment assessed as the project develops.
We can agree site visits at predetermined milestones of your project if our standard quarterly visits alone are not sufficient.
In the event of an incident, a service manager will attend and inspect the entire system to ensure everything continues to run smoothly post-event.
Our nationwide fleet of CCTV Towers, Engineers and Service Managers means we can install, inspect, adjust or upgrade your system easily and quickly.
